Compare any two graphics cards:
Radeon HD 6770 1GB vs Radeon HD 7770
IntroThe Radeon HD 6770 1GB features a core clock frequency of 900 MHz and a GDDR5 memory frequency of 1050 MHz. It also makes use of a 128-bit bus, and uses a 40 nm design. It features 800 SPUs, 40 TAUs, and 16 ROPs.Compare those specifications to the Radeon HD 7770, which features a core clock speed of 1000 MHz and a GDDR5 memory speed of 1125 MHz. It also uses a 128-bit bus, and makes use of a 28 nm design. It features 640 SPUs, 40 TAUs, and 16 Raster Operation Units.

Power Usage and Theoretical BenchmarksPower Consumption (Max TDP)
Memory BandwidthAs far as performance goes, the Radeon HD 7770 should theoretically be a bit better than the Radeon HD 6770 1GB overall. (explain)
Texel RateThe Radeon HD 7770 should be a bit (approximately 11%) faster with regards to anisotropic filtering than the Radeon HD 6770 1GB. (explain)
Pixel RateThe Radeon HD 7770 is a little bit (approximately 11%) more effective at AA than the Radeon HD 6770 1GB, and also capable of handling higher resolutions without slowing down too much. (explain)
Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit. Price Comparison

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the max amount of information (in units of megabytes per second) that can be moved past the external memory interface in a second. It's worked out by multiplying the card's bus width by its memory clock speed. If it uses DDR RAM, it must be multiplied by 2 again. If it uses DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The higher the card's memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, High Dynamic Range and higher screen resolutions. Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum texture map elements (texels) that are processed in one second. This figure is calculated by multiplying the total texture units of the card by the core speed of the chip. The higher the texel rate, the better the graphics card will be at texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels applied in one second. Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum number of pixels that the graphics chip can possibly write to its local memory in a second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The number is calculated by multiplying the number of Raster Operations Pipelines by the the core clock speed. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - also sometimes called Render Output Units) are responsible for filling the screen with pixels (the image). The actual pixel fill rate also depends on many other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth of the card - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the potential to reach the max fill rate.

seems legit , only ~9% difference...
and 7770 is about the same as GTX 460, of course in game benchmarks.
so i guess its not bad card...
